1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Helix IPTV, you agree to these terms. Our IPTV service provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content via internet streaming.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Access is provided immediately upon confirmed payment. Helix IPTV offers 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans.

3. Acceptable Use

Helix IPTV subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability

Helix IPTV strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

5. Modifications

Helix IPTV reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, or service features with reasonable notice to subscribers.
